Green Zebra is pleased to announce their new five-course tasting menu, spotlighting selections from their and incorporating seasonality, freshness, and flavor.
The $55 per person menu – four savory dishes and a dessert – offers an imaginative twist. It is not pre-set but rather selected and composed by the chef on an individual basis and based on items from the regular menu. If more than one guest of a party orders the chef’s tasting menu, all receive different items allowing everyone the opportunity to sample a vast variety of dishes.
Paired with the unique tasting menu is a non-alcoholic beverage menu concocted by spirits/beverage director Tim Lacey. Honey Mint Lime-ade, Root Beer and Iced Hibiscus Tea and Cucumber Soda are just a few of the exclusive Lacey has prepared. Wine pairings also are offered for $35 per person and non alcoholic pairings are $20 and are designed to best complement the flavors from the inventive chef tasting menu
